Yes. I am the kind of nature study weirdo who, when told there is a "wasp's nest under the eaves," immediately grabs the camera to take photos so I can share them on my blog......
I love looking at them this close.....while they are hard at work.....isn't this just so cool????

PS The wasps are still there......I will probably keep forgetting to do away with them.....I usually do. :)
I do the same thing, although I'm not sure I could do the wasps. Their nest is so cool...when you take care of them, you should keep it for awhile and study it. It is really beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA good zoom lens, Frances, makes it all the easier....though I still had to get underneath them. I will put myself at slight risk for a good picture....not on cliffs or anything like that....

It IS beautiful.....unfortunately my kids have had major access to these nests their whole lives.....so, I will not need to save this one. ;)
