The Mountain in November

We awakened this morning to our first snow of the season. It was only about 1/4 of an inch. I told the kids I wish that this would be the maximum snowfall for every snowstorm this winter. Hmmm......not likely.

One if my favorite sights after any snow- or rainfall is that first glimpse of Mount Shasta.

As I mentioned yesterday, I am creating a photo journal of the mountain this year and that I started this in September. I thought it would be a fun use of this iPhone.

Here are several photos taken at the same place today at several different times. I usually snapped two each time.

Blessings,

Chari

P.S. Willa? Did you get any snow today?

........also, if anyone has a moment to pray for a special intention of mine....please do! I promise to reimburse!

btw, have you set your RSS feed to publish full feed? Because I am only picking up excerpts on my Google Reader. Full feed would be great!

  4. Thanks for letting me know, Theresa! I will try to see if I can alert Willa to this...she is in charge of that stuff. Even though I can probably figure it out, it hurts my brain.

Alaska, right??? Seems like lots of North American folks got a bit of snow this week!

  5. I *think* I fixed it, Theresa. I'm going to check it out tomorrow (today!) on my reader.

I got snow, too -- and we are supposed to get more tomorrow. Here it's about 3 inches so far I think. Beautiful mountain pictures, Chari!
